Appearance

This cider is golden wheat in color with light effervescence that culminates with a light airy head of foam.

Smell

This cider has a fresh picked peach smell that complements the crisp apple aromas of a traditional semi-sweet cider.

Taste

If this cider was a fruit it would be a cross between a sweet ripe Georgia peach and a crisp Gala apple. The addition of peach to the apple adds a juicy, robust and fruit forward flavor. However in this fruity cider the peach complements (rather than cancels out) the crisp apple taste.

Mouthfeel

Nectarous and refreshing, but not sickly sweet; light carbonation and no aftertaste.

Wine Lovers: Why Drink It?

Ciderboys Peach County, Apple Peach Hard Cider is an expertly blended fruity cider. The sweetness of the peach has every opportunity to overpower the apple flavors, but the cidermakers have found the appropriate blend of each. It reminds us of medium sweet white wine with off-dry peach flavor such as a Riesling.
